What should I do if the package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but you do not receive it, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team at 1-800-210-3975 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d also recommend contacting your local carrier depot, typically your local Post Office. Often, these carriers can provide additional information based on GPS tracking for where the package was when it was marked delivered. If the package is unable to be located, we’ll file a lost package claim on your behalf.
