Why do I have to pay $2.95 for a return label - I thought it was a hassle free return?

You are more than welcome return your glasses for any reason within 90 days of the date of purchase. We do not provide free return shipping. We can provide a pre-paid return label for $2.95 or you are welcome to pay for postage on your own. We do recommend using the United States Postal Service for the most cost-effective solution.
