You are more than welcome return your glasses for any reason within 90 days of receipt. We do not provide free return shipping. We can provide a return label for $2.95 or you are welcome to pay for postage on your own. We do recommend using the United States Postal Service for the most cost effective solution.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Happiness Team before doing anything. We will be happy to take care of the issue.
Note: International customers wishing to initiate a return or exchange will be responsible for all return shipping costs as we are unable to provide international return labels. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.
