How do I set up my return online?

To set up your online return, please visit the Manage Your Return page. Most of our customers utilized our Guest Checkout feature to place their order. Those customers will use the right side of the page. If you created an account before placing your order, please use the left side of the page.

You can also follow these instructions to return your item:

Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.

If you would like to exchange your item for another, please email or call us at (800) 210-3975 so that we can reserve your selection until we receive your return. All U.S. exchanges are mailed from our warehouse via USPS First Class mail at no cost to you. Non-U.S. orders will incur applicable shipping charges. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded to your original form of payment.

All returns must be in like new condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange. You may refer to our Happiness Guarantee for more details.

Please let us know if you would like a prepaid return label, and we will email one to you. If you opt to use our return label, $2.95 will be charged to your account. Note: International customers wishing to initiate a return or exchange will be responsible for all return shipping costs as we are unable to offer international return labels.
